Put 3 points into Accelerated Thunderstruck and place the skill on your skill bar 3. Put 3 points into Acceleration 4. Put Toughness (39.3% Cooldown Reduction) on your boots (if you don't have that, put Toughness Cooldown Reduction on your amulet as well) 5. Bind Escape to your mouse wheel 6.
