Alfa Romeo SZ | L'Auto Sportiva Stradale Perfetta
In this video, I talk about the legendary Alfa Romeo Sprint Zagato 'SZ' and its convertible roadster version, the Alfa Romeo Roadster Zagato 'RZ'. Both of these cars are iconic Alfa Romeo sports models from the late '80s and early '90s. Not only did they feature the legendary V6 engine designed by Giuseppe Busso, but they also adopted the transaxle layout of the 116 platform, originally used in the Alfa Romeo Alfetta. I examine how this 3.0-liter, 12-valve V6, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, managed to compete with some of the best cars of its time, and I analyze its controversial design, both exterior and interior. All my videos are completely written and edited by me, the only utilisation of AI tools is for the narration.
