Battlefield 5 Random + WTF 27

marco So that question I asked in the previous video description about my biggest concern regarding Portal. Some of you brought up some valid concerns, separating the playbase, matchmaking issues, stats progression, dedicated servers. Yeah those are concerns but I'm more worried about the creative tools available within Portal. From DICE: "Leverage the complete Battlefield toybox with powerful tools to create new and completely unique Battlefield experiences. Tweak basic settings like weapons and maps – or go deep in the editor to tinker with the details." For DICE developers they are likely going to try to make the tools be simple to reduce some issues but I'm concerned they are approaching this with a "well if I was a developer/mod creator this is how you would normally use this tool or this is what you should do with this" mindset. What I mean is my concern is what people might be able to do with the Portal's tools when they have malicious intent. The Portal servers are going to be hosted on same Amazon servers that BF2042 servers are hosted on ( BF5 and BF1 servers are likely also hosted on the same servers/instances ). If server-side water in BF4 can lag an entire server as well as any server hosted on the same instance imagine what things you could break by simply trying to break the limitations DICE thinks will keep things inline within Portal. I mean you hope the obvious things are limited and clamped down on but this is DICE, for them to get it right on their first try or at launch isn't something they are known for. Also keep in mind this entire Portal environment has only seen internal Q/A testing ( as far as we know ), so no real world mass testing.
