Et maintenant, que vais-je faire ? - Rencontre avec Stéphane Dieutre
Each of us is multifaceted, rich in both talents and shadows, which combine within us in a truly unique way. This uniqueness, of which we are often unaware, is both a treasure and a compass. Discovering our strengths, understanding them, and building upon them helps us identify the right paths to take in our lives and allows us to be precise and ambitious in what we want to achieve. To explore this topic, Pierre Portevin invited Stéphane Dieutre. He is the founder of the Aristote Institute, an organization that supports professionals in their development challenges, helping them cultivate their unique qualities and talents, and to use them to serve their life projects. Pierre Portevin is a life coach (personal and professional). He practices this profession with structure, compassion, and enthusiasm. He supports people who want to transform their lives or their management practices, who desire to live fully, with enthusiasm and authenticity. This can stem from burnout or professional uncertainty, personal questioning, or a life-altering event. Often, it's because self-esteem or self-confidence is fragile. Sometimes, it's also when someone feels their life lacks meaning, or when they realize another path might be possible and desirable. Pierre also offers training on the topics he has worked on most in recent years: self-compassion and kindness towards others, the courage to push beyond one's limits, curiosity, perseverance... He has written two books on these subjects: "My Best Friend... Is Me" and "Dare... It Changes Everything" (with neuroscience and psychology expert Daniel Kerrigan). He also gives talks and workshops for individuals and businesses. www.pierreportevin.net
