#50 | BADASSMOM | Elwira Petre: „Să nu ferim copiii de eșec. Acolo începe evoluția lor”
In today's episode of BADASSMOM, I had Elwira Petre with me – a woman who made me stop and think about what balance actually means. Between mother, woman, coach and partner, Elwira seems to keep it all in a perfect dance, but beyond this image, I discovered how much work, discipline and vulnerability there is. We talked about children, about how hard it is to raise them in a world where temptations are everywhere and about our role as parents. I really liked her perspective on sports – not as a performance, but as a life lesson. About how discipline, routine and even failure are essential for a child's development. We also reached that sensitive area: the pressure put by parents, the comparisons, the desire for results. And perhaps the most important thing I took away from this conversation is the idea that we shouldn't protect our children from failure, but rather teach them to understand it and grow from it. For me, this episode was also about peace. About the simple moments – the four of us in bed, laughing, cooking together. About that real happiness that doesn't come from big things, but from connection. 🔔 Subscribe and hit the bell so you don't miss a single episode on our channel.
