In today's @amarmaternidade, we talked with Amanda (@amanda__sv2018), who is the mother of Gustavo (14 years old) and Matheus (7 years old). Amanda met her husband when she was 16 and always dreamed of being a mother. She became pregnant with Gustavo 4 months after meeting her husband and had to learn to be a mother and a woman. In 2014, she developed severe depression, needed to be hospitalized, and thought about committing suicide several times. A few years later, her husband was also diagnosed with depression and committed suicide months later. Amanda wrote the book "Allow Yourself to Live," where she recounts everything she went through.
