2026开季跨海峡钓鱼｜浪大鱼少，却遇见虎鲸围猎！

First offshore fishing trip across the Strait of Georgia for the 2026 season! Conditions were far from perfect — the swell was bigger than expected, the weather was mediocre, and the fishing was slow for most of the day. There were moments when it felt like we might head home empty-handed. But after constantly searching, changing spots, and staying patient, we finally managed to limit out by the end of the trip. The highlight of the day wasn’t just the fish — we also encountered a family of orcas that appeared to be hunting sea lions nearby. Watching that happen in the wild off the BC coast was absolutely incredible and easily one of the most memorable moments of the trip. Even with rougher seas and challenging conditions, this is exactly what makes crossing the Strait for salmon fishing so exciting. Every trip is unpredictable, and every successful catch feels earned.
