The St. Sebastianus Marksmen's Club Düsseldorf 1316 e.V. celebrates its Marksmen's Festival with the Rheinkirmes. This marks the end of the reigning Regimental Queen, Michèle Locker's term of office, but before that, she will celebrate her investiture at the Town Hall and the grand procession and parade in the Hofgarten.
