How to Make a Closed Peony Center

This is video tutorial, demonstrating how I make a closed peony center, for either a bud or a closed style peony. SUBSCRIBE for new videos every Tuesday! I love peonies, they are beautiful flowers. While time consuming to create, they make for a beautiful bold statement flower on wedding or special occasion cakes! They are a large flower so you don't need too many to cover a lot of space!
