★ Collage with me ★ It finally came in the mail! After a long journey up the continent, it's my turn to "Paste It Forward". This book was started by a handmade collage artist in Singapore with the intent that each artist will make a collage artwork on a page of the book, and then pass it on to another collage artist from another country. Now that my work is done, I have sent it off to Brazil! In this video I talk through an internal narrative about perfectionism and it's connection to artists. This video is dedicated to artists struggling with perfectionism. I didn't even know it was something I struggled with until I realized how freeing it was to create without a purpose. As my career has progressed, it seems I forgot all about the fun of making mistakes and trying something new. My solution to this is trying a junk journal.
