Cut the green onions in half and cut them into 5cm lengths, and cut the green chili peppers into thick, similarly sized pieces. 2. Slice the garlic thickly and cut the pork belly into bite-size pieces. 3. Place the pork belly on the pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat. 4.
