That's No Way To Treat An Ex

The plaintiff says the defendant is her ex-boyfriend, and she foolishly put a car in her name for him to drive. He crashed it and still owes a grand on it, but he’s refusing to pay because he’s mad she cheated on him. She’s suing for the money she’s owed. The defendant says the car was in his name and his insurance covered the wreck. He denies owing anything. Case 29-287
