Bournemouth parkrun 5K – I didn’t expect this result… ended up running 20:53, my fastest this year. Tough conditions, strong effort, and a proper push to the line. This one hurt more than expected 😅 🎥 POV race footage, pacing strategy, and that final sprint finish.
