Chicken Fried Rice is a family favorite! It's quick, easy, and healthy—the perfect meal for a busy family. Recipe: 1 boil-in-bag jasmine rice (125 g) ½ dl soy sauce ½ dl sesame oil 400 g mixed vegetables (we used peas, corn, and carrots) 2 large chicken breasts, diced 3 eggs Instructions: 1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. 2. Cook the chicken until it's fully cooked. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until heated through. 4. Stir in the cooked rice. 5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, soy sauce, and sesame oil. 6. Pour the mixture over the rice and stir well. 7. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring gently, until the eggs are fully cooked.
