Gordon Ramsay's Perfect Burger grilled on the Char-Broil TRU-infrared!

We make our own tribute to Gordon Ramsay's Perfect Burger Tutorial in our backyard. We grilled them on the Char-Broil TRU-infrared gas grill. The only thing missing is Gordon Ramsay himself! We do our best to imitate his genius and expertise and in doing so forget some key ingredients! This may not be Kitchen Nightmares or Gordon Ramsay burger restaurant, but you can watch and try to guess what we left off then comment below.
