INGREDIENTS FOR THE SALTED BEEF: ¾ lbs salted beef 1 onion 1 large garlic clove 1 tomato ½ tsp tomato paste ¼ tsp black pepper ½ tsp sugar PREPARATION SALTED BEEF: Cook the salted beef till soft and cut in small pieces. Fry the onion, garlic, black pepper, tomato, tomato paste and sugar. Add the salted beef and stir fry. INGREDIENTS AMSOI: 2 bunches amsoi ½ onion 2 garlic cloves ⅛ tsp salt ⅛ tsp black pepper ¼ tomato ¼ tsp sugar PREPARATION AMSOI WITH THE SALTED BEEF: Cut the leaves from the stem. Wash and cut in small pieces. Fry the onion, garlic, black pepper, salt and the tomato. Add the prepared salted beef, sugar, the amsoi and mix. Let cook for another 3-5 minutes. ENJOY!
