Robinette Park Splash Pad Ribbon Cutting – Monday, June 22, 2026 The official ribbon-cutting ceremony of the highly anticipated Robinette Park Splash Pad will be held Monday, June 22 at 10:30 a.m. at Robinette Park, 761 Enola Ct. 2. Annual Blood Drive – Friday, June 26, 2026 The Vandalia Division of Police will be hosting their annual blood drive at the Justice Center Community Room on Friday, June 26 from 9 am – 1 pm. Sign up early to get the time slot that works best for you! Walk-Ins are welcome, as space allows. 3. City Offices Closed – Friday, July 3, 2026 City offices will be closed on Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day. The Recreation Center will close on July 3 at 6:00 p.m. and will be Open 7:00 a.m. to Noon on July 4. 4. Star Spangled Celebration – July 3, 2026 The City of Vandalia and Butler Township will present the Star-Spangled Celebration on Friday, July 3 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Vandalia Sports Complex. 5. Summer Schedule – Council Meetings City Council established a summer schedule for Council meetings, which is one meeting a month on the third Monday of the month for June, July and August. The next regular Council meeting will be held on Monday, July 20th at 7:00 p.m. 6. Large Debris drop off Saturday, July 11, 2026 The City of Vandalia is offering Vandalia Residents free large debris drop off from 8 am – 2 pm at the Public Works Garage. Proof of residency is required. 7. River Clean Up, Saturday, July 18, 2026 Clean Sweep of the Great Miami River will be held Saturday, July 18th from 8 am – 12 pm. B. Action Items 1.
