Happy baking! 🧑🏻‍🍳 ☕ 🥮 Turn ON Subtitles To get Your Language! ☕ 🥮 Ingredients: For the cake: Instant Coffee - 1 tablespoon Hot water - 120ml (½ cup) Plain Flour - 175g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons) Cocoa powder - 30g (4 tablespoons) Baking powder - 1 teaspoon Baking soda - ⅓ teaspoon Sugar - 175g (¾ cup, 2 tablespoons) Melted Butter (salted) - 80g (⅓ cup) Milk 120ml (½ cup) Vinegar 1 tablespoon For the Mocha frosting: Heavy cream - 80ml (⅓ cup) Dark Chocolate - 150g Instant Coffee - 1 tablespoon + Warm Milk 1 tablespoon Measuring cup size - 240ml Baking pan - 25x11x6 cm ((3Lb) ☕ 🥮 Method: Into a larger bowl, Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, Sugar and mix well. Then add the melted butter, milk, vinegar, and mix well. Mix the coffee in the hot water, stir well and set aside. Add the hot coffee mixture into the batter. Mix well until the batter is smooth. Pour into the lined baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175c (350f) for 35-40 minutes. Make the Mocha ganache: Microwave the chocolate and the cream for about 1 minute. Mix well and add the coffee mixed with the milk. Mix again. Pour it over the warm cake.
