ASMR Annual Physical Examination | Detailed Medical RP

It's been a while since we've done an “annual physical” RP, usually I do comprehensive or regular physical RPs, but an annual physical is a touch different in that it touches just about all the different systems and asks more questions to keep a good history on your health.
