Before the world knew him as Philly Freeway from Rocafella, State Property, What We Do Is Wrong, or Flipside, he was FREEWAY from the the North Philly based rap group ICE CITY that included long time partner PEEDI CRAKK, INDY 500, and more! This crew was built on being unorthodox and different from anything I had ever heard, especially back in the late 90’s. Freeway and his crew were way ahead of their time. This compilation of clips was something originally released on VHS in the streets in 2002. It consists of some of our encounters between 1999-2001 before Rocafella got popping. Enjoy!
