SMC K48 and some K56 industrial ceiling fans and more at Fa Yuen Street Municipal Market (and more)

I believe this market in particular had moderate air conditioning from what they call a "MEAT" system ("Market Economic Air Treatment") system, which is a fancy name they give to what is essentially an air handler pulling in fresh air from outside, putting it through AC coils, and blowing it inside. Basically, a single-pass fresh-air-conditioning system that would replace a conventional ventilation duct system. Though since I took these videos in January and early March, it may have been switched to fan-only mode or a weaker setting, so it was kinda hard to tell. They pair this with tons of ceiling fans and other fans that were originally installed alongside the system, or already there when they retrofitted it.
