Canadian Thunder 4 - Kamloops to Notch hill. Full program 2015

From the DVD cover: At the confluence of the North and South Thompson rivers is the city of Kamloops - population 85600. As do the rivers, the railroads also meet here; the CN from the north and the CP from the east. Both strike a path west along the shores of Kamloops Lake, albeit on opposite sides. Our journey covers just three locations: Kamloops, Chase and Notch Hill – a total distance of 80 km. However the scenic variety gives the illusion that many different areas were visited. From Kamloops we visit both lines on either side of Kamloops Lake and from Notch Hill we take in the sights and sounds of heavy freight being hauled up a horseshoe curve. In between is the small town of Chase, where a passing loop allows us to catch a few trains rolling by. Discreet subtitles provide location information.
