Blend with immersion blender into smooth pulp. In a saucepan on medium heat, add sugar and heavy cream. Stir continuously until sugar melts completely. DO NO BOIL. Turn off flame and let it rest at room temperature. Add pulp and heavy cream mix to a blender and mix. Add salt to the mix to balance the sweetness. DO NOT MISS. Cling wrap and freeze it for 2 hours. After 2 hours, whip it for 10 mins. Pour in a rectangular pan or a tiffin box, add cling wrap to the surface, and foil on top to cover and seal it.
