In this video blog, I'm taking you through one of France's most impressive and popular celebrations: the 2026 Fête de la Musique, the huge music festival that transforms the streets of Paris into a massive open-air stage every year. During this adventure, I explored some of the city's most iconic locations, including Place de la République, Place de la Bastille, Parc de La Villette, and many other vibrant streets and squares. Everywhere I looked, I found musicians, DJs, drummers, street performers, restaurants with live music, people dancing, and an incredible energy that made the whole city vibrate. Despite the high temperatures, which reached approximately 37°C in Paris, thousands of people came out to enjoy this cultural celebration that brings together Parisians and tourists from all over the world. During the tour, you'll see visitors from different countries, especially many British tourists who have come from London to experience this unique event. The Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) originated in France in 1982 and is now celebrated in more than 120 countries. Every June 21st, amateur and professional musicians take to the streets to share their art for free, transforming entire cities into a giant music festival.
