The Hincappie loop made up of two climbs, Els Angels and Santa Pellaia, is right up there as one of the greatest 60 kilometre bike rides I know of. At sunset it's even better. On Monday evening I rolled out with one of my closest friends, artist and bike rider, Krysten Koehn, to share one of the most enjoyable afternoon rides one can possibly do.
