Every Reason to Love "Downer Ending" (Bojack Horseman S1E11)

One of my personal favorite episodes of the entire show, and while I know that many enjoy it and appreciate it, there's SO much discussion about "Free Churro" and "View from Halfway Down", that this episode often falls by the wayside. And it doesn't deserve that- there's so many facts that we know and rely on about Bojack and his personality throughout the show, and many of them are shown to us in this episode! There's so much to unpack about Bojack's psyche revealed through this drug trip, and the writers and animators clearly have so much fun throwing Bojack through these bizarre hallucinations. The animation is also rather special for this episode, taking huge risks with perspective (and also gore), making it a one of a kind experience. Really captures that surreal feeling!
