DREAM TEAM | Women's Volleyball Nations League 2024. Paola Egonu earns yet another MVP award! Dream Team honours for seven VNL 2024 standouts. It was no surprise to anyone that Paola Egonu was honoured as the Most Valuable Player of the women’s Volleyball Nations League 2024. For the 25-year-old star opposite it was the second MVP nomination in the VNL. She also received the prestigious award in 2022, the first time her team Italy claimed the title. It was one of numerous MVP awards Egonu has earned at various prestigious national team and club competitions throughout her career. Egonu also led a line-up of seven prominent players who were honoured on the symbolic VNL Dream Team during the Awarding Ceremony at the end of the Finals in Bangkok on Sunday evening.
