Solo Female Winter Car Camping in a Honda CRV | MacGregor Point Provincial Park | Canada!

Welcome to Camping with Kim - my new camping channel and my third adventure! Join me on my solo female winter car camping adventure during Canada’s winter season in my Honda CRV. This time I go to MacGregor Provincial Park about 3 hours north east of Toronto. This park is located along the cold waters of Lake Huron. I sleep in my cozy Honda CRV with a cargo box to have enough space for all my gear. For now, I just use a small ice fishing tent as my kitchen. I use electric space heaters and electric oil heaters in the tent and the car because I’ve only booked camping sites with electricity so far. I bring a propane heater as a backup in case there’s a power outage. This time I made several scenic stops along the way to the park to catch amazing frozen waterfalls and hike along calming rivers. I enjoy a Korean BBQ dinner and snowshoe along Lake Huron to watch crashing waves and visit some wildlife. This is definitely something I will do again!
