How to farm omen idols, exalted altars, personal affixes and Exulis amulet. Read description.

I highly recommend taking the Memories of the Observer and Plentiful Windows nodes on the weaver tree. The weaver tree I use 99% of the time, I never have to spend amber to buy echoes. Use the last 2 skills as you wish. Currently, I am sitting at 194k amber and no place to spend it. All the echoes in my inventory are drops. https://www.lastepochtools.com/planne... (weaver tree) If you are in need of Timeglass Fragments, run Omen's Veil echoes, make you sure you open all three so you get the Fracture Prison echo and at the Omen window just get the bag, you should get 60-63 Timeglass Fragments. You still need to buy the Omen's Veil echo, but you are getting more Timeglass Fragments back, along with the omen idols drop and the Fracture Prison echo. Run a few Omen's Veil echos, open all 3 so you get the Fracture Prison echo and at the Omens window buy the Pinnacle of Chaos. This will cost you 275 Timeglass Fragments, 50 for the Omen's Veil and 75 each Pinnacle of Chaos. You can buy the Omen's Veil echos from the vendor in the middle of the monolith. Omen idols drop from all these 3 echos, but Fracture Prison drops the most, along with Exulis amulet with 10% chance, but they drop for host only. Pinnacle of Chaos drops the most altars by far, with a very high chance of them to be exalted. This should be run in a rotation since the loot drops for everyone, the same goes for Omen's Veil, you can even trade items even in COF, since if the item drops in the same instance with your group, you do not need resonances to trade them. You can find the exact drop rates of altars at tunklab website, find the Champion Only line and mouse over Loot. https://lastepoch.tunklab.com/omens By using this method, you can skip the 3 normal echoes that lead to the Pinnacle and run echoes that you actually need, like Nemesis towers, Beasts, Cenotaph of Worlds for the idols enchant or what ever else you need to run. If you are farming for personal affixes, for example. +1 maximum shadow gloves, take the node on weaver tree Warlord's Riches and imprint your sealed affix item. Since we are killing so many champions you will get a lot of them. You need 400 corruption to be able to place Fracture Prison. Feel free to skip the Fracture Prison and just run this strategy at corruption 100. No point running them in higher corruption. When placing your Omen's Veil echos, always put them in a straight line with empty space at the sides, so the Pinnacle of Chaos spawns next to it. If anyone has an even better method, please share.
