Economical Legit Lapis Ingredients: 150gr butter/margarine 4 tablespoons sugar (preferably powdered sugar) 3 sachets of sweetened condensed milk (110gr) 3 eggs 100 gr all-purpose flour tsp baking powder a pinch of spice spikku (if you want it to taste sharper you can add) 1 tsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder (for sprinkling) How to bake (I use a stove tangkring oven), preheat the oven before use, the heat tends to be high at ±180°C -First layer bake on the bottom rack for 10 minutes -2nd layer to 16th layer bake on the top rack each layer bake for 5-8 minutes, the top vent is opened. -Last layer (17th), lower the stove heat slightly to ± 160°C and bake for 15-20 minutes until the surface is browned. *bake time can be adjusted according to individual oven conditions.
