Dutch police have confirmed three people have been killed after a gunman went on a shooting rampage in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Police say the gunman shot a woman and her daughter in their home, before opening fire on a classroom at the Erasmus MC university hospital, killing one male teacher. A 32-year-old man has been arrested and no other shooters are believed to be involved.
