Mariah's new laid back single has no business sounding as fresh as it does! It really gives off that 90's hiphop feel, but it's also very current sounding. Straightforward vocals, and a clever Eric B. and Rakim sample from "Eric B. Is President" which she already referenced twice in earlier recordings. She sampled the drumfill in "Workin' Hard" and she referenced it lyrically in "Dedicated" so she must really like it. Since you don't have time for the rigmarole, I'll get straight to the point. I took her vocals up from 96BPM to 120BPM and gave the whole thing a mellow disco house vibe. Hope you enjoy!
