1951 Studebaker Commander Land Cruiser: Changing The Transmission Fluid.
Dexron III didn't work right with it. So a member from the Studebaker's Driver's Club (That I am also a member of) Told me that it uses "Type F" transmission Fluid. I tryed it and it seems to have taken care of that problem. In fact, it surprised me. It will down shift now. It's never done that before since I've owned it. I was also getting it ready to put on dual exhaust so i removed the rear skirt to make room for it. What a sweet ride!
