Heimatgschichtn - in Eurasburg mit Bürgermeister Moritz Sappl

We are in the municipality of Eurasburg in the district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen, about 40 km from Munich. The municipality's origins lie with the Iringer family, who founded the Augustinian monastery of Beuerberg in 1121. Mayor Moritz Sappl takes us to his favorite spots: from the castle church with its view of the Loisach Valley, to Beuerberg Monastery, and on to the art trail created by Hans Kastler. Our home is beautiful – and we'll show it to you! Our Munich native, Sophia Dreyer, ventures out of the city each week to introduce us to a new municipality, somewhere between Ingolstadt in the north and Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the south. Charming as she is, doors and hearts open for our Sophia – and we learn to love and appreciate our home with all its unique characters even more. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Whether from Munich Freedom Square to Marienplatz or from the Isar River to the Allianz Arena We love Munich and report daily from the most beautiful city in the world! In various formats, such as "Munich Today," "Munich Scene," or simply "Munich Weather," we showcase the many facets of the Bavarian capital. We would be delighted to receive a "thumbs up" and a comment from you! If you haven't subscribed yet, you can do so quickly here: http://bit.ly/AboMuenchenTV. Join us and never miss new content!
