La_ ila ha_ il lal lah.There is no sovereign except Allah(47/19) .Deen is a collective system of life it's not a religion.Deen's base is on iba'dat its meaning is subjugation and obedience of Allah which is impossible without establishment of the sovereignty of Allah officially on earth according to Quran.
