A tornado-warned storm tore through Kankakee Tuesday, leaving mangled cars, shredded industrial sheds and battered homes in its wake. Shocking video shows debris scattered across the city as the person filming warns of a strong gas smell and hissing lines after the violent blast ripped through the area.
