We took a weekend road trip to Niigata for a 2-day, 1-night couple's getaway! 🚗💨 Our main goals for this trip were delicious local food and authentic Japanese sake. On the first day, we explored the newly renovated Niigata Station area and had a wonderful dinner catching up with our second son. The sake tasting experience (Kikizake) was an absolute highlight—if you love sake, it's a must-try! 🍶 On day two, we headed to the famous "Kakujoe Gyorui" at the Teradomari Port.
