Jak vypadá péče o duševní zdraví v České republice? A proč ji potřebujeme reformovat? Jak ovlivňuje společenský vývoj duševní zdraví populace a jak ovlivňuje duševní zdraví populace společenský vývoj? Společně s Petrem Winklerem se podíváme na dění v oblasti duševního zdraví v České republice, na průběh a perspektivy reformy psychiatrické péče a důvody, proč je duševní zdraví globální prioritou pro 21. století. After finishing his degree in Public policies and social work at Philosophical faculty of Charles University in Prague he has received funding at Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience Institute at King’s College London where he has dedicated his Ph.D. project to health economy in psychiatry. He is mainly interested in the research of psychiatric epidemiology, health economics, suicidology, stigmatisation and discrimination, and socio-cultural aspects of psychedelic movement within psychiatry. He is taking part in reforming the Czech psychiatric healthcare system and is a leader of three national projects focusing on destigmatising and preventing psychosis. In 2017 he was awarded by European psychiatric association for his remarkable publication in category of Psychiatric epidemiology.
