This trail lets you take three lifts up to around 1830 meters before hiking the rest of the way to Happo Pond. At first glance, it may seem like a beginner-friendly route. But once you are on the trail, the rocky paths, wooden boardwalks, sun protection, bear bells, trekking poles, proper shoes, and the last lift time are all things you really cannot ignore. The most magical part of Happo Pond is the reflection of the Northern Alps on the water when the weather is clear, the wind is calm, and there are only a few clouds in the sky.
