Buying and fixing a crawler loader : Caterpillar 951C . Main hydraulic pump repair. PART 4

I have encountered a problem with the main hydraulic pump. Initially it looked like a hydraulic oil problem. As you can see the oil and as a cream. The loud noise you hear is not oil-related, but the pump is worn and the oil is able to pass into the grooves and create noisy pressures. The crawler loader during the pressure test was very low. I then discovered that the pump has some problems, so I decide to disassemble it and check the problem. This procedure is valid for the crawler loaders described, but is also good for other heavy vehicles such as d4, 920 wheel loaders etc etc. The engine is a 3304 48V series. The pump is a vane Vickers. This pump has worked for about 30 years, without ever being repaired and / or disassembled. This procedure is valid for Caterpillar 931/941/951/955 and other machine... ITA Ho riscontrato un problema sulla pompa idraulica principale . Inizialmente sembrava un problema di olio idraulico . Come si può notare l'olio e come crema . Il forte rumore che si sente non dipende dall'olio , ma la pompa è usurata e l'olio riesce a passare nelle scanalature e creare delle pressioni che fanno rumore . Il caricatore cingolato durante il test di pressione era molto basso . Ho poi scoperto che la pompa presenta dei problemi , quindi decido di smontarla e verificare il problema . Questa procedura è valida per i caricatori cingolati descritti , ma va bene anche per altri mezzi pesanti come d4 , pale gommate 920 etc etc . Il motore è un 3304 serie 48V.
