Connect Raspberry Pi to Your PC Using ONLY a USB Cable (No WiFi, No Ethernet!)

In this video, I’ll show you how to connect your Raspberry Pi directly to your computer using only a USB cable — no WiFi, no Ethernet required. This step-by-step guide works with Raspberry Pi Zero, Zero 2 W, and other models that support USB gadget mode. You’ll learn two different connection methods: How to use your Raspberry Pi as a USB network device (RNDIS / USB Ethernet) and connect via SSH. How to use your Raspberry Pi as a USB serial device (COM port) and access it through PuTTY or any serial terminal. This setup is fully tested and works perfectly with Björn, Pwnagotchi, and standard Raspberry Pi OS. I’ll also explain how to edit the config.txt and cmdline.txt files, enable SSH, and create a systemd service to make the serial console work automatically. By the end of this video, you’ll be able to control your Raspberry Pi over a single USB cable — even without a monitor, keyboard, or network connection.
