In this video I walk you through all of the steps I took to create a sorta fantasy style gal using simple mixed media, including: MATERIALS: CANVAS: 6x9 140lb watercolor paper (Artist's Loft) ACRYLICS & TEMPURA PAINTS: FolkArt Antique White (Light Cream); Sergeant Gold Tempura PASTELS: Arrtx soft pastels half sticks in a wide range of colors; Jane Davenport Birthday Suit Soft Orange and Purple; PanPastels Cream SPRAYS: Dylusions Crushed Pumpkin GLAZE WITH DIY INKS: Burnt Umber and Black Alcohol Inks (acrylic, alcohol and glycerin, to preference) PENS & PENCILS: No. 2 Pencil; Arteza Black Gel Pen MARKER: Arteza Black Real Brush Pen EMBELLISMENTS: Hand drawn with DIY fluid acrylics using a precision bottle (and uncut) TOOLS: Soft paint brushes and fillable water brushes Thank you for watching!
