Hare Krishna I am Rasik Priya Das, also known as Ramesh Saraf, a soul molded by the quaint town of Sardarshahr in Rajasthan. Born into the embrace of a middle-class family, my world was woven with the threads of six brothers, one sister, and the profound love of my parents. My educational journey unfolded in the vibrant state of Rajasthan, leading me to the bustling city of Kolkata for higher studies. The year 1981 marked a pivotal shift as I relocated to Delhi, a move that would shape my destiny in ways unforeseen. In the heart of Delhi, I found a spiritual haven through the gracious association of a devoted family, disciples of the venerable Shri Ramsukhdasji Maharaj. Guided by the wisdom of my uncle, the sacred verses of the Gita and the tales of Ramayan became my companions, steering me towards a path of introspection and enlightenment. The first seven years in Delhi witnessed my dedication to a professional career, culminating in the establishment of my own business in steel supply. However, it was in 1995 that my trajectory took an unexpected turn, leading me into the intricate world of stock broking. Amidst the ebb and flow of life, my spiritual journey unfolded at a deliberate pace. Despite the absence of direct association with fellow devotees, the flame of devotion burned steadily within. During this phase, I took on the noble task of distributing the monthly magazine "Kalyan" published by Gita Press, along with other enlightening works authored by Swami Ramsukhdasji Maharaj. In the dance of business and spirituality, my story continues to unfold, a tapestry woven with threads of resilience, devotion, and a quest for higher purpose.
