Kollektiv Moabeat Invites #9: Maurice Werner | secret rave [Techno / Hypnotic Techno]

We present you another great opening by Kollektiv Moabeat resident and co-founder Maurice Werner for our 9th Kollektiv Moabeat Invites. With many years of practice behind the decks, Maurice Werner draws on his experience playing in clubs, off-locations, and open-air raves. With his fast-paced mixing style and a selection ranging from deep, hypnotic tunes to melodic heavy hitters, he strives to combine different styles into a sonic journey. Born in Berlin and raised in Brussels, Maurice Werner discovered his passion for DJing in 2012 when he came into contact with Drum & Bass and (old school) Dubstep while living near Bristol, UK. From there, he gradually fell in love with Techno in clubs such as Brussels’ Fuse, London’s Fabric, Corsica Studios and Oval Space, as well as Berlin’s Tresor, Sisyphos and Griessmühle. Since 2021, he has been throwing open air parties in and around Berlin where he is playing everything from House to fast, groovy Techno.
