After the hearing at the South Jakarta District Court on Monday (June 29, 2026), Roy Suryo expressed his annoyance because the proceedings were interrupted by a lawyer with the initials CS, whom he described as a supporter of Joko Widodo, or what he called "termul." According to Roy, the lawyer suddenly came to the front of the courtroom and asked to be represented as a co-respondent in his pretrial motion. However, Roy believes the lawyer has no legal standing or direct interest in the case. Roy also stated that the person with the initials CS is known to frequently advocate for the interests of Joko Widodo's camp and is affiliated with the Red and White Team. Therefore, he believes the attempt to intervene in the trial as a co-respondent is against the law. Roy even called the action shameful because it occurred in the middle of a pretrial hearing, which should only involve parties with legal standing in the case.
