The Judicial Service Commission is mandated to promote and facilitate the efficient and effective administration of Justice under Article 172 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. The recruitment of 20 Judges of the High Court is aimed at enhancing access to justice and boosting clearance of case backlog. The High Court of Kenya currently has 78 Judges serving in 45 stations across the country.
