Stiramento Ischiocrurali | Parliamo di Stiramenti della coscia

Hamstring strains, the muscles at the back of the thigh, are common in both yoga and sports such as running, soccer, and cycling. Newcomers to yoga often experience physical stiffness and long for a stretch to improve their condition. The problem, however, arises when the body tends to do more than it can handle at the time, resulting in a strain. Yoga practice is characterized by stretching the back of the body and various forward bends, which can be excessive. For other athletes, however, these muscles are often poorly stretched, and therefore, stretching must be approached gradually and carefully.
