Simple Summertime Samantha Sweater- Three Piece Design -Step by Step Tutorial - Beginner Friendly

#crochet #crochetpattern #beginnerfriendly Hi guys! In this video I'll show you how to crochet this light and airy summertime sweater. It's made using the Samantha Stitch. The Samantha Stitch is super easy! If you can make a chain, single crochet, and a double crochet, YOU CAN DO THIS! This sweater is constructed using just rectangular panels. So easy, even someone new to crochet can make this sweater! I discovered this stitch while watching a tutorial on ‪@crochetmelovely‬. Her channel is great and she has many wonderful tutorials! Check her out! I used a 7mm crochet hook and Caron Cotton Painterly Cakes in the colorway Fresh Baked Bread. It is a #4 weight yarn but works more like a lightweight yarn. It's made from 60% cotton, 40% acrylic. It is machine washable and dryable. It comes in an 8oz/227g, 481 yards/440 meter cake. I used just over one cake, but I suggest getting two so you'll have more control over your color pattern, even if you plan on making a smaller sweater.
