TARTA MOUSSE DE TURRÓN Y CHOCOLATE Hemos utilizado galletas, turrón de Jijona y chocolate SIN AZÚCARES AÑADIDOS. Las 3 cucharadas de azúcar son opcionales. Ingredientes: Para la base 130 gr de galletas tipo María, 65 gr de mantequilla fundida, 1 cucharada de miel. Para la mousse de turrón 200 ml de leche, 300 gr de turrón de Jijona ( del blando), 3 cucharadas de azúcar (opcional), 200 ml de nata líquida para montar muy fría, 3 hojas de gelatina. Para la cobertura 100 ml de agua, 100 gr de chocolate, 1 hoja de gelatina. Para decorar hemos utilizado turrón troceado y barquillos.
