Citroen DS Rear Suspension Boot (Large) and Pushrod Replacement, with Ligarex.

Replacing the large rear suspension boot, pushrod and bearing seat on my Citroen DS/ID using Ligrax strapping. A jack is useful to move the rear suspension arm up and down to give you clearance to get the pushrod out. Once the old one is off you can push the piston in by hand to give you more room to manoevre. Not shown in the video is slightly bending the long end of the U shaped pin once it's through the bearing seat to stop it working loose (you might also have to straighten it before pulling it out). This job took about two hours thirty minutes from getting the car up to back on its wheels. Parts https://shop.citroenclassics.co.uk/su... https://citroen-andre.com/
